Our office of VR Business Brokers is located in eastern Cincinnati serving the entire region of Southwestern Ohio, Northern Kentucky, and Southeastern Indiana. Our firm specializes in business brokerage services, business valuations, and mergers and acquisitions. Long
I am a native Cincinnatian and graduate of St. Xavier High School and have a Bachelor of Science Degree in Industrial Management from the University of Cincinnati. Early in my career, I became a 10 year multi-unit owner of Aamco Transmissions in Cincinnati and sold them in the early 80’s. Shortly thereafter I bought a small printing business in downtown Cincinnati, changed the name to Accuprint & Laminating of Cincinnati, changed the products and services offered, and grew the business sixfold during the 17 years that I owned and operated the business. I sold Accuprint in 2005.
I became a business broker in 2005. Because of my experience in owning and operating businesses, I can relate well to business owners. I totally understand the importance of the confidential nature of the sales process and feel that my sales experience over the past 30 years allows me to understand buyers as well.
I am currently involved with Christ the King Parish, St. Vincent de Paul Society, Christ Hospital Chaplain’s Services, UCATS, University of Cincinnati Alumni Association, Delta Tau Delta Fraternity, and the St. Joseph School Tutoring Program. I have been married to Lisa for over 30 years and have 4 children
Meet Greg
Greg Hedgebeth
I am a graduate of Eastern Kentucky University and began my career in 1975 in Cincinnati as a CPA with Arthur Andersen and company. I purchased my first Company in 1981, a multi unit nightclub company, with $8 million in sales. Since that time I have owned, operated, managed, bought and sold many different companies in many different industries. I sold my last company, a start up vending company, in 2005 after building sales to $2 million per year.
Over the years I have bought and sold many companies for myself and others and started brokering businesses full time in 2005. I have a personal and first hand understanding of business owners, owning a business, and the process sellers go through before selling. I also understand buyers and what they are looking for in businesses to buy and their decision making process. I can put this first hand knowledge to good use in bringing buyers and sellers together and being very successful in getting businesses sold.
I have been very involved in youth sports and coaching youth basketball and baseball for the past 20 years, and have been married to my wife, Mary Helen, for 30 years and have 5 children.
