Your duties will be to meet with small to mid-size business owners who are interested in selling their companies. You will explain the advantages of VR's program, list the business, and find a buyer for the business.

The job is made easier because you will be well trained, have an experienced business owner guiding you, and and access to professional sales and marketing materials to attract business owners and buyers and educate the general public on why VR is the only professional organization of choice.

Most successful sales associates have good people skills, a strong sales orientation, a strong work ethic, are able to set priorities, are driven to succeed, and have good business acumen. They come from all backgrounds, but previous business owners, financial consultants, second career individuals, real estate/mortgage brokers, and those with cold calling experience make the easiest transition.
