Current owner of this full service commercial (business to business) printing operation is in his sixties and ready to pass the baton to someone who can maintain his great reputation. Current facility is located about ½ hour north of Dayton and has 13,000 square feet and includes full color printing presses, a direct-to-plate imaging system, a thermography press, on demand and color copying equipment, finishing and bindery equipment, large format reproduction equipment,  pre-press equipment, screen printing and embroidery equipment, and promotional products.  They can guide a client from concept and/or logo creation through the development of a consistent company image or brand that will provide uniformity in all their client's marketing materials.  Their biggest asset is their staff of which many have more than 20 years experience in the printing business.  No one client comprises more than 3% of their total sales so there exists a very broad customer base.  Owner is more of an operations person and has really not tapped into developing an outsides sales strategy to this point.  Growth has been through word of mouth and continuity of superior service.  He will gladly provide free transitional services to a new buyer and will consider working full time for an extended period of time to ensure the success of the new buyer.
